At ART OF JIU JITSU, we stand by the quality of our premium training gear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging with tags attached; please note that used or washed kimonos and training gear cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
